SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are included in the product price — no additional charges at checkout.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working business day.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes: Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 5-7 business days
- Other cities and towns: 8-10 business days
- Remote areas: 10-15 business days
Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details and courier information. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
Serviceable Areas: We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make additional attempts. If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@pippopstore.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
